Junior School Teacher with Literacy and Numeracy Leadership

Applications are invited for the position of a Middle / Upper Primary Years with Literacy and Numeracy Leadership.

As a member of the College staff, the Junior School Teacher will be required to develop and deliver an engaging program in the Junior School teaching students from Years 3, 4 or 5. In addition to classroom responsibilities leadership time release will be given to lead various Junior School Literacy and Numeracy initiatives. The position is Full-Time, Ongoing, Commencing Term 1, 2018.

School Organiser

Applications are invited for a suitability experienced person to join our Administration Department in the role of School Organiser. Reporting to the Business Manager, this is an ongoing full-time role with four weeks’ annual leave and requires periods of work during non-term times.

The School Organiser serves the College community by ensuring smooth school operations through administering, managing and implementing various whole school organisational practices and procedures.

The responsibilities of this position include daily organisation, school calendar management, excursion and events, administration, timetable management, co and extra-curricular activities, database management, staff compliance management, child safety, emergency and risk management.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, independent and have experience in a similar role, together with advanced skills in the use of Microsoft programs, Google Chrome calendars, SIMON, PAM, MAZE and relevant experience in a school would be an advantage. The successful candidate will exemplify the College’s Lutheran ethos. A current Working with Children’s Check will be required as well as a First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
