Lakeside College welcomes applications for all year levels.
Due to limited availability, particularly for Year 7 entry, families are strongly encouraged to submit applications two years in advance.
Please complete your application by clicking on the enrolment form below.
The estimated time to complete the online form is 30 minutes. Once started, the form can be saved. To complete your application please ensure you have the following available:
- Child’s birth certificate (for students and parents born overseas, Visa grant & passport or proof of Australian citizenship is required)
- Child’s immunisation certificate (download from MyGov)
- Two most recent school reports and latest NAPLAN results
- Medical Action Plan for Asthma, Allergy or Anaphylaxis
- Reports relating to educational, medical or learning support
You will be redirected to a payment page once the form has been submitted. Payment will need to be made at the time of submitting. If payment is not made, the application is considered incomplete and will not be processed further.
